(With regards to my complaint on 17 Jan Just not on!)
Thank you for quickly and efficiently correcting the error made to my Edgars account. I am truly impressed... I look forward to keeping my account with you knowing that your customer services is so wonderful.
PS - had awful service from Management/cashier at store in Mossel Bay during season (at Langeberg mall) - but cosmetics girls are amazing there. I went to buy a cell phone but after an hour of waiting help I eventually left the store. Just think you should know. :)
