Following on my complaint against Edgars and Sunglasses hut, I spent so much money calling, driving and e-mailing the two companies, eventually I went to Edgars Blueroute for the second time and chatted to John the Store manager. He escalated my complaint to their Customer Service team, to this hour (5days ago to be exact) no one contacted me. I want to be re-imbursed for your error and I would like your team to sort this out ASAP!!!
