NO HELP!!!

3 February 2013, I visited the Woodlands Boulevard Edgars to pay my account and to buy some products. I was assisted by Parold Mabena (name on cash slip). I requested her to pay my account and then to proceed by adding the products on my account. She made the error of paying the products with my bank card. When I realised the error I returned and Parold tried to assist me to correct her error. Both of us proceeded to the Financial counter at the back of the store. We were informed (by Tebogo Mashifane) that I should only pay the balance of the instalment because the previous payment will reflect as a payment. I payed the balance and left the store. On the 13 Feb I received a SMS to pay my account that is in arrears. On the 15 Feb I phoned the Account number listed and spoke to Xolani, who could not help me. She refered me to the Manager of the store, because apparently Edgars has no Customer care number. I phoned the store repeatedly from 12:30, left a message, no answer, etc. Eventually spoke to Sam, the manager (16:30), who wanted to give me a lesson in maths. I just wanted help. Now my account is in arears, extra interest added, my credit record tarnished and NOBODY cares...
