I was looking for a new foil for my series 7 shaver. Which incidentally broke after six months from purchase. There use to be a service centre in Bellville unfortunately they no longer exist. The helpline said that there is nowhere in the western cape that I can buy the foil, which is a wear part on a very expensive series Sivan shaver. They promised on two occasions to come back to me within two hours to tell me if they had stock and how to go about purchasing it.
I'm still waiting two days later and have no means of shaving its pitiful that a company as large as this has no regional support especially when it is a wear item. This shaver cost over R2000.00.
I have tried getting the part from the UK but they are not able to supply in South Africa as they have a local agent...
