APPALLING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE HIGH IN VEREENIGING

I'm very dissapointed and frustrated with the service at this store in Vereeeniging. Their manager Gugu has given me nothing else but attitude instead of helping me out and managing my expectations to show that they value my business. I bought a TV (with shaver as a "gift") for my sister, got promised that it will be delivered on the next day. Three days later the goods were not delivered. I called the store and was promised that it will be delivered later on that day. The TV was instead delivered on the following day, without the shaver. I was told the driver who went to deliver the goods forgot to leave the shaver and so took it home with him (why not back to the store?). Instead of making efforts to deliver the shaver, I was told I must come to the store and collect it. I told them it is not acceptable to inconvenience a customer, they must come deliver it regardless of how small the goods are as it was part of my initial agreement with Best Electric. I was then promised that it will be delivered in the next day. Two days later it is still not delivered and when I called the manager (Gugu) to complain she told me there's nothing she can do as they DON'T have delivery vans.
