I have the same problem that others have had with Braun and their 'Agents' in South Africa.
There is no information anywhere on either website as to where repairs can be effected.
Both websites are devoid of information and useless.
I have had two Braun products. I detest both of them.
The one is the most expensive shaver I have ever bought and is the worst.
Now this! Check out the Braun (1-page website) and the Proctor and Gamble website to see what I mean.
Also check the complaints on Hello Peter about both companies BEFORE you think of buying their products. Your choice.
