I wish to extend a huge compliment to Joseph and Sbu at Mr Price in Northgate Shopping Centre for the great
service that they offered and their friendly and helpful attitude. I had to exchange a clothing item and they did not have stock left of this item in the store, Sbu called 6 branches to locate the item for me without any questions asked. Joseph also advised that should I have any problems, I could ask the relevant store manager to call him directly.
It was refreshing to have smiling faces and efficient service so early in the morning.
