My name is Priscilla Vorster, I made an order at Mr Price in Thohoyandou for 8 pink long sleeve t-shirts due to that Mokopane and Polokwane didn't have all the sizes I needed. There was 2 guys by the name of Refilwe and Relic at Mr Price Thohoyandou whom I made an order from. I informed the both of them that I need the shirts by Friday as it is for a function on Saturday 27th July 2013. I phoned on the 24th July to confirm my order and Refilwe confirmed that the order would be ready for pickup on the 25th of July as I sent a courier on my own cost to go pick up the order. So it came as a shock when the courier guys arrived at Mr Price Thohoyandou where they were told that there is no Refilwe nor Relic working there and no one made an order for those t-shirts. I am very unhappy because I sent the courier that I paid with my own pocket to Thohoyandou to pick up the t-shirts, can you please assist me as this is really a poor service at Mr Price Thohoyandou. This results holding a function without the attire due to lack of cooperation with Mr Price.
