On Sun 14/07/13 myself and my girlfriend went to CTM in edenvale to see their selection of patio tiles. Upon browsing we came across a stack of various tiles at the front of the shop. We saw a tile we really liked and enquired on a price. We were informed they cost R69 m2. We requested a sample tile before we left and assured them we would purchase those tiles in the coming week. On Wed 17/07/13 we returned to CTM edenvale to buy these tiles and upon paying the price was amazingly elevated to R84.99m2? We enquired about this and were informed by the same sales person we dealt with on the Sunday that those tiles were priced at R84.99 m2. We requested to speak to a manager and after arguing for a couple of minutes they then agreed to give us the tiles at R69 m2 as previously said. We then made our way to the back of the shop to load the tiles into my car. My gut told me to check that these were infact the correct tiles, and low and behold they load the incorrect tiles into my car. They then unpacked the whole load and repacked the correct tiles. Your staff are incompetent and you will lose customers this way. There is clearly a communication gap. I will let everybody i know about this
