We bought tiles from A2Z tiles and their agent came to measure and determine quantity needed. She said all extra tiles when the building is completed can be returned and we will be refunded. We returned the excess tiles and is now told that the tiles will not be refunded because it was supposed to be delivered before builders closed on 13 Dec. That is because they have my tiles and refuse to pay.
