Billing the wrong amount

I bought a loungce suite from bears. They advertised NO INSURANCE but they still deducted the insurance amount from my account (every month). They do follow up with me every week but the response is always the same "they are busy with it and they will come back to me. I have paid 5 wrong installments and am still waiting for them to sort this out
