Went to Mr Price Home in Key West this morning at about 11h00 to buy some candles and a few other things - only about R150.00 worth of goods, but it looked very quiet so I am sure my R150.00 would have made a difference! Not so! Waited at the paypoint, only one teller busy with a client. Another lady stood with her back to me busy with some papaer work; eventually turned around, gave me a disinterested look and went to the back. Another man came from the back, looked at me, also not interested and started putting things on racks. The lady came out from the back, still ignored me and went about whatever she was busy with. Not even a 'good morning', not a 'apologies that you have to wait, we unfortunately only have one teller working', not a' can a help you' - NOTHING! Needless to say after waiting and waiting I just decided to leave and spent my money elsewhere. Are you people not interested in making money? Don't the staff know about client service?
