Horrible service

I received the worse service at FNB branc in Alice. I came in to withdraw money this morning at 9am. There was only one teller serving the customers. After waiting in the cue for approx 25 minutes, I was attended to by the teller, only to be told that I'll have to wait for the money. After waiting for a further 20 minutes, I asked the teller when can I expect to get the money, she called the lady by name of Vuyokazi Mqodolo who is responsible to unlock the safe. This lady told me to wait another 20minutes as she was busy. She. Gae me the worst attitude and we had a heated argument. After that she walkedout of the bank holding hands with a man that appeared to be a bank customer. As I am writing this, I am still waiting to be served!!!

I am infuriated!!! I'm off!!
