This will be my last report about the Service I've received from Truworths. I have no choice but toclose my Account with immediate effect after years of having an unblemished account, awesome service & buying quality products. I have lost all faith in the quality of your clothing. I know closing my Account will not influence sales at all, but I am astounded at the quality control's report & reaction I have received. I have to mention the constant feedback I received from Truworths Tygervalley Branch upon handing the item in for the second time. Thanks again for making me feel important. I received a final report from Truworths Headoffice stating the item has only one mark (it actually has three) & they had no other problems with this specific product, therefore it's a stain & not a material defect. Surely only 1 item can also have a material defect. I've made a second trip to another Dry Cleaner which tells me the same thing, it's not a stain, but it's clearly a material defect.
