In the recent years, I found that Truworths clothes are not of good quality anymore. It is priced high but the clothing is not of quality, especially Ginger Mary! Clothes from Truworths were supposed to last for at least a few years given the fact that we are paying for quality! Some of my clothes bought from cheaper stores tend to last longer than Truworths these days! For example, I bought my sister a ginger mary jeans for christmas last year and after a few months, her zipper broke! You can see that zipper was not of quality. I bought another jeans from Ginger mary a few weeks back and in the first time of use, the belt loop tore off so easily and I noticed a hole around the edges of my pocket! I really loved the style and if I had returned it, Truworths would of probably replaced it with the same quality, I noticed that even tops bought, soon become torn and faded, I dont expect this so soon from clothes that are so expensive. It seems that Truworths are using cheap labour tactics and using cheap material! This needs to stop! If you want to drop your quality then you should drop your price too!
