I required a small part for a blood-pressure meter, which I purchased from Clicks Pharmacy some 4 - 5 years ago. I submitted an enquiry via the Clicks website, and soon after received an e-mail from Christian van Eyssen, Manager: Customer Service and Administration, Hartmann-Vitamed Pty, Ltd, who handle the support work for Clicks.
Mr van Eyssen then asked for my address, and has sent the spare part free of charge to me. He even sent a second one when the first one went astray possibly due the postal strike.
