I bought a GA NOT SURE Lounge Suite at your Branch in Alberton for R50K in Dec.
I started payment in Jan '13 & as I wanted to treat this as Cash Transaction. From Jan-May13 I Paid a total of R16300. On 30/06 I Paid an amount of R26500 & a further R3000. However when I wanted a settlement figure I was told it was R30 000. This is IMPOSSIBLE and ON REQUESTING EXPLANATION, I am BEING SHIFTED FROM PILLAR TO POST, till today. THIS WAS GOING TO BE A 6 MONTHS ACCOUNT and it should be treated as Cash. The delay from your staff, which I can vividly see, is to accrue interest and make money out of an honest citizen. This is making me Incensed. PLEASE CONTACT me URGENTLY and sort out the mess. Please LOOK INTO THIS, CALL me as this to me is DAY LIGHT!!! Some of your staff at Alberton store are really INCOMPETENT, either they are busy, promise to call back and NEVER DO.Please teach your staff about the terms Customer Retention and Repeat Business as to me those words don;t exist in their Vocabulary.
