I bought a dining room suite from them, which came a month later after the very long waiting period in which it was guessed to be delivered, I constantly had to phone and check what was happening. When it eventually came it was the wrong chairs, 3 deliveries and a couple of months later it was still the wrong chairs. I then decided to cancel the order, have them collect the furniture and get a full refund as promised. Again the process to collect took forever, and trying to get the refund also. I been paid part of the refund, however not in full and trying to speak to anyone to complain or sort it out is a mission. The call centre will never call you back, if you are lucky enough to even get through the first 10 times you try calling! Now 7 months!!! I repeat 7 MONTHS! later it is still not sorted out. I am absolutely appalled at their service! I have wasted plenty of time trying to sort out this issue and will therefore never buy another piece from them again.
