Hi Peter, I have a complain regarding Metropolitan life funeral policy of my Father in -law, I took the policy in 2004 now he has pass on on the 30th Jan I went to them before the burial took place on the 9th Feb I was told to bring my mother in-law because there is no beneficiary, I ask them why do they need a beneficiary as I am the one who is paying every month, to my understanding I have to nominate a beneficiary to sign over when I pass on, now I am the beneficiary as I am the one who is paying for the funeral policies I have with them.

it means in all of them the should be a beneficiary? why dont they tell us when we join them that 1, 2, 3, will be needed from you wants a death occurred, they keep quite till the last minute to tell you that, I had to go to the loan so I can burry him I can't even repay them because I am still waiting for them to pay me, they are still deducting even the person is no more. please help people wants their money.
if posible I want my money back from day one for all othe policies that is left with them, IT IS A COMBIME DEBIT ORDER
