I opened my account in October sometime, find out that on my statement i have been paying for insurance on a sound system i bought. When i opened the account they did ask me if i have insurance and i said i have insurance with outsurance for my car sound system. Why do i need to pay for 2 different insurance for the same equipment. I have raised this case to the call centre and i just get sent from one person to another as no one can help me with this matter then eventually get cut off. I really think this is bad service as i have been calling for a month now and still nobody can help me.
I will not pay for something i didnt ask for and i want to settle my account.
