Complements of the season everyone!!! I would like to report the
service I got from Hifi coporation and ask you to help me resolve it. A
couple of years ago, I bought a laptop on account and presented my
own insurance with old mutual to cover me instead of getting their
cover and all went well, they accepted it and did not charge me for Hifi
insurance. now about a year ago, I opened 4 accounts with them and
submitted my own insurance too. The lady who assisted me assured
me that the system would automatically pick up my old mutual
insurance so I would not be charged Hifi insurance. Last year in June I
called Hifi and told them i was not receiving statements. Their answer was they do not send statements unless when requested for a certain period. I then requested a statement which they sent to me. only then did I realise they were charging me insurance on all 4 accounts. I asked them to stop but now 6 months down the line they are
still charging me for their insurance whilst they delay me by saying they are investigating the matter and toss me from one person to the other in their offices.
