Rep: On Feb 2011 I bought a Sound System (L.G) on Acc. Then in Period of Time I found a Problem on 3 Sound Speakers that are not Functioning. I found the Problem on Sept 2012.I went back to the Store I bought (Lewis Idutywa), they refer me to my Insurance Contract. I went back again with my Contract Handy. I show them the Contract Procedures.
Insurance Contract written: Damage, or
Insurance Charges: R120.00 pm for Period of 3yrs.
Branch Response: They don't deal with Accessories (Speakers) so I must call the Suppplier for help my self on my Handset, with my Expenses. They just Throughed me with an Advert Paper to look for H.O number to call.
H.O: Said I must give them the Faulty Speakers for a Repair but there will be some Charges because of some Principles to follow. Then I said its fine as long I'll get my Speakers back.
Re: When I was Paying my Instalments I was a Good Customer from then, now I Paid up my Setllementary/Outstanding now I am nothing from them.
Period: Its been 10 months of waiting, I didn't Receive nothing from the.

Satifaction: Am not Satisfied @ all. I want my Speakers or I'll jump over. Enough
