Opened my account on 15 june and asked for the Clubcard Life only. The Clubcard was not activated on account opening as the call centre was closed. The Clubcard was only activated for Clubcard Life on 7july. Received my statement on 20 july reflecting part month payment on 15 june for Clubcard Classic. That charge is incorrect as I did not request Clubcard Classic and like i mentioned my Clubcard was only activated on 7 july. Also added on was partner protection plan of R1.40 and account protection plan of R1.40. I did not request these and neither was it communicated to me that these charges would be added on. Kindly rectify my account.
