GAP STORE - Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria
This store opened late on Saturday, 20 July 2013.
It opened at 09:08 am.
I was standing in front of the store, the manager Andre Pollard came, ignored me, do not apologise for opening late.
Further, I want to know if it is standard for your managers to ignore customers - like the case with Andre Pollard. If I am in the shop, which happened, he do not greet and ignore me as a customer.
Keep in mind I am a good customer of this store and doesn't need this treatment.
