DISHONESTY, NO DELIVERY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Sunday 7th July 2013 I went to the store to look for a DRS, which I found. I was told by William Shasha that the price which I saw was a opening price therefor decided that it is a good price and that I will buy it. The next day I browse online only to see that the price is infact the normal selling price and not opening special as I was told. I went back to the store and met the Regional Manager Wayne. I informed him about the situation and he told me that the store are opened for three months already and that William to me. Fransie Viviers assisted me with the sale as William was not instore that day. I paid cash for the unit and asked for delivery in two weeks time for Friday 19 July 2013. I was informed that the stock is kept in Alberton and that they do have stock. The next day William phoned me telling me that he see that I bought the DRS. On Wednesday 17 July 2013 I phoned the store to see if everything is arranged and I was told it is. On Friday I phoned the store again confirming my delivery and that is where everything started going wrong. Nobody could tell if I'm going to receive my goods or not. At the end of day I decided to cancel the sale and yet no response
