On Sunday I paid for a gym @ Centurion branch (dealt with the store manager - Leverge). Mr Price Sport to arrange transportation from Carnival Mall to the Centurion branch as they didn't have the stock.
On Monday when I phoned to enquire about the progress he advised that the wrong gym was collected at the store and they could only exchange this on Wednesday morning. When I went to the store to pay the delivery cost (yesterday), there was another problem as it should have been done upon payment. (I requested delivery & installation from the start - he had to confirm the amounts first). Finally they processed a manual receipt for the cost (which had be corrected again on Wednesday morning - before a delivery could be arranged)
The delivery company finally phoned me today, but was absolutely rude over the phone. When I asked her if it cannot be delivered tomorrow, her response was that I can be very glad they could fit me in on Friday... I mean really. I am paying for the service, I did not get it free.
Will definitely not buy any item from Mr Price Sport that they don't have in stock or that needs to be delivered.
