I will never again shop at Incredible Connection at Northgate again, I found the service bad, you walk into the shop no one greets you, you have have find someone to assist you etc,
Today I wanted to know if they sell Nero Package, first of all I had to find some one and then I get told they do not have stock, I asked for the manager, whom replied he cant remember if they sell it, so I asked for an email fo head office he refused to give it to me, gives me card with a 0860 011 700, Why must I phone and spend money on a call to complain, I said to him I will write oh Hellopeter.com, didn't seem to bother him at all, (This is not the first whereby they always run out of stock and you just get a blank face looking at you)
So I walked out and never again will be back.
Every year I had purchased Kaspersky Anti Virus, next time I will go some where else WHERE U GET SERVICE
