I am a very annoyed customer of Pick n Pay, Maponya mall has got a trend of long queues it does not matter what time however today it was even worse queues were all the way right at the back of the shop near the confectionery section I queued there for some time and noticing how slowly it was I proceeded to go and pay at the trolley section I queued until I was blue on my face
This is not the first time I give Pick n Pay a feedback unfortunately every time I complain I receive a call from the manager apologising and trying to explain how extremely busy is the outlet and promising me to pull up their socks however nothing has happened so far
This includes cashiers at the ten less item section they bluntly refuse to pack for us "customers" and they tell us as customers that we should pack for ourselves they are cashiers not packers however I get so confused every time I shop at Pick n Pay Rose, William Nicolle, Woodmead, Southgate, Traderoute Parays and so many in the the suburbs it does not matter which section you use to pay all your groceries will be packed by the cashiers or packer
There was no front of management and it very chaotic and cashiers appeared tied
