Im realy dissapointed in my recent dealings with edgars ..actually disgusted .i logged a call for assistance re a leaking pipe..u sent a company called plumfect... obviously a not repuable company>they took 5minutes too see to problem yet a day later its worse ..i have a cell number for the company which was wriiten down a small piece of scrap paper ..no land line number... cell just rings ..calling edgars they cant help me and i must logg a new callout with a new plumber which means i lose out on the previous one ..isit my fault that edgars appoints a plumber whos incompetant ..the new plumber take 1 and a half hours to call me after logging it ..so i called to cancel it as this is pathetic service ..so now, my mains are switched off and we cant use ant water due to ur incompetent plumber... so what do i do now >>>i suggest u get rid of plumfect and 24fix ..i hope that some! sortsa this out as im furious
