I have a geyser problem. At first I asked for a plumber to be sent out. This was in business hours and 24FIX responded. Within 5 minutes the plumber told me it was a problem for an electrician. I asked Edgards Club to organise an electrician. Again 24Fix was appointed, but they could only make it at 19:00 (this call was logged at 4pm). First received an sms indicating 18:00. Then it was 19:00. At 19:15 I was told the electrician is lost and in Kempton Park while I stay in Roodepoort!!! I was told he will be here in 15 min. When I phoned EdgarsClub after 12 min I was told it would be 30 min. I asked for this to be escalated to management and I have now been on hold for about another 10 minutes with no indication of what is happening. Does Edgards care enough about their customers to follow up and do something about poor service (originally just from 24Fix, but now also from their call centre who put me on hold and then ignore me).
