Today I contacted the Mr Price accounts section after attempting on numerous occasions to update my personal details. After speaking to Darryl and receiving the various instructions of how to send the required information via email (again), I did so. Within minutes I received an email confirming receipt of my email, confirming the changes and thanking me for contacting them. After all of the negative service complaints I felt the need to at least give a compliment where it's due. Thank you Darryl - I am very impressed!! Keep up the good work, hope others will learn from your example!
