I posted a complaint about a week ago and was contacted by Jill the following day to try and sort out the matter. She was very polite and accomdating to call back as I was driving and also very effecient in trying to find an amicable way to deal with the complaint. she called back later with solutions and ways to resolve my dissatifiaction and went as far as wanting to conclude the problem on the said day. I fell that the way she dealt with the complaint and the fact that she bent over backwards to find a resolution before the close of the day was admirable. She not only restored my faith again in Homechoice but also ensured that I will remain a valuable customer to the company. I only hope that all your agents are as efficent and effective in dealing with customer issues as Jill did. You rock Jill
