MY case was handled PROFESSIONALLY regarding the old kettle I recieved as a replacement for the one that was faulty. I was credited the money for the kettle and the postage for sending the old one back. A BIG THANK YOU TO JILL and the team at HomeChoice for all the effort and keeping the promise. She send me the mini statement which indicate all the movement and the transactions as per her promise.
