Still no delivery

I bought blankets from homechoice, they were delivered to a wrong address. I called and asked for a redirect which is taking ages. Apparently the blankets were returned to Cape Town, but for some strange reason, everytime I call them to ask if they have been dispatched, they say no they haven't but they are dispatching them on that day. I've even sent emails, its the same story. When I speak to someone they tell me they are dispatching them, but when I ask again the next person is going to say "No mam, they are here in Cape town but I'll dispatch for you today" This has happened about 5 times through emails and phone calls.

I spoke to Jill the last time I put a complaint, she said she will make sure I can my order ASAP. Empty Promises.

I paid over R1700 for these blankets... seriously homechoice, do you want me to take legal step against you???

A refund is in order, ASAP and in FULL. I'm not playing with you now.
