I must personally commend the Game Rosebank team for resolving my issues so swiftly. I filled a complaint on hello peter regarding a television that kept going in for repairs. There are a few things I would like to point out about the resolution :
1) Speedy response from the customer service group ie Herman van der Berg
2) Store manager personally contacted me. No fights, seamless resolution. Manoj Singh
3) Efficient and effective [even generous] resolution to my problem
4) What astounds me most is the great attitude and grace by which they dealt with it. All companies have issues as we`re all human being, but few companies make it this easy to resolve them and this is a mark of an exceptional one.
6) Looking forward to my next buys at game
