Standard Bank Brooklyn Mall opened on 04 May 2013 after 08:35 instead of 08:30. No apology.
Only 1 staff member at inquiry counter who was not ready yet. At the back there were 2 other people, standing around.
However, we were about 7 - 8 people in the queue, thus I went to the blond lady with the glasses who opened the doors, saying to her can she get the people to assist.. With an attitude she said: They are coming.
Hallooo - Hours are from 08:30 - according to me this means that they must be ready, not looking for people???
Your feedback asap... this is not good enough since I was still then waiting for about 15 minutes in the queue - was 4th in the row...
