I was shopping at Mr Price Home - Greenstone. There was an item marked "take two for R160" on the shelving. When paying, the price came up to R200. When I questioned this, the staff member said no, that was for a different item. When we checked, she said that the labelling on the shelving works upwards and not down (Please note there was no indication of the on the shelf). She started giving me attitude. I called to speak to a manager - same thing. He also started to give me attitude and the two of them started to talk to me like I was an. The staff member was now rolling her eyes. I would have been happy to pay the extra cost but due to the bad attitude I decided to rather shop elsewhere. I am amazed how Mr Price can allow staff to talk to customers in this way. I will certainly not go back there.
