The delivery company could not get hold of me and therefore could not deliver my textbooks. Sumaya took the time to email me and ask me for an alternative contact number so that the delivery company can get hold of me and arrange a delivery time. Sumaya then informed Mr Delivery and they phoned me and arranged the delivery time and I received my textbooks. You don't often receive good service anymore... We need more people like Sumaya
