Firstly Takealot had some great deals - I compared products with Kalahari and you saved about R100 on the same product (this especially goes for UNISA textbooks - surprising since both retailers are official suppliers!)
Their website is very easy to use. I like that I have the option to pick it up from the warehouse and that delivery is free after the reasonable amount of R250.
I was updated periodically on the progress of my delivery by email and the My Orders "live-updating" on the website that showed the status of each product was reassuring. The delivery came exactly on time and all products were as expected.
