I would just like to compliment one of the Customer Services Agent, Sumaya.
She assisted me yesterday with a refund for a purchase which I did, which I actually returned on the same day (it was a gift and it ended up that the person I wanted to get it for already had it).
Sumaya assisted me in following the correct process in getting the refund logged etc.
I must say, I've bought from Take A Lot before and have never had any issues.
The service has always been good - the customer agents always helpful and the delivery very quick.
Keep up the good work and service.
It is hard to find at times.
