POOR SERVICE NU METRO

My wife and i went to the movies on wednesday evening 20.03.2013 for 7.45pm movie. My wife called the afternoon to confirm the prices and times of show, she told them that we will be using our clicks card to get the discount and that we still have the temporary cards as we are awaiting for the permanent card. She was told by a young african male (did not ask name) that it would be fine to use the temp card and told her that we will pay R29 per ticket. When we arrived at the cinema we were then told that we cant use the temporary card and that we will have to pay full price. We then told them that we called and was told that it would not be a problem. The manager then came and told us that clicks advised that can not use temp cards to all there staff members. She did notgive us any compensation or see to that we pay the discount price as it was there employee that gave us the incorrect info. But for some reason the gentlemen that answer the call did not know that.
We were then told that we must take it up with clicks themselves.
