As a customer i am waiting two weeks to get feedback for just placing a order for a remote, i get promised that i would be phoned back but nothing is happening. i get called to tell that they cant get me a remote, i went to hifi corp and got a number and my remote is ordered, hirsch's customer service is shocking poor they dont go the extra mile for the customer's this is so bad i would not recommend this disgusting poor service company not even to my dead dog they are the reason why customers get turned away please close your doors you people are fkn useless no good... im disgusted
