Two weeks ago I phoned Remote Replacements, first he said he will phone back because he was busy, he never phoned back. When I phoned again he said the he could assist with the remote that I wanted after he wanted to sell me the smartphone app for the DVD player. I wanted the remote and when I wanted to collect he said that it`s not ready and will take a few days after he told me that I can just come around and it will take 10 minutes. I told him that I want the remote. I phoned today again to organise that I can pick up the remote. He then told me that he could not assist me in the same sentence he said that he do have the hardware but it would take up to 3 days to get the right one. He was wasting my time. He never phoned me back once to tell me he can or can not assist me. If you can`t offer customer service and supply them with a product they want then you are in the wrong industry!
