Hi, I've been to the LG website to contact them but it refuses to submit my message. I then called their call center and no one picks up.
This is my query / request:
I've just purchased a LG 65" 3D LED TV, model number: 65LM6200, from Hirsch's in Strubens Valley, Gauteng. Based on your website [URL Removed] i was lead to believe that this TV comes with a Magic Remote and 6 3D glasses. There was no Magic Remote and only 4 pairs of glasses that came with my purchase. I'm quite disappointed as I feel mislead by LG while making a very expensive purchase. Please can this be rectified?
