I am very fustrated with the BAD service a person receives from Checkers in Horizon Village. When they opened the service was outstanding, but as usual with time it all goes to waist. This is not the first time I have a bad experience with this branch, every morning when you purchace something there are NO cashiers available and you do open at 8am right??? If you do not have cashiers, why open so early then??? Again this morning while purchasing cigarettes there is no cashier behind the open till & no Manager in sight whereby I had to help myself behind the counter and find a cashier that is available??? WHAT FOR??? If they have to do stuff, why not ensure that it is done before the store opens and before opening a till??? I am a regular shopper at this Checkers and really had ENOUGH of this service!!!
