Incorrect ITC updates

I have been paying my account via an EFT as it is one of the options of paying the account. lastmonth i decided to get my credit report only to find out that Woolworths has been reporting that my account is in arrears for the past 3 months that i have been paying via EFT. I called the call center and they keep telling me to fax through proof of payments and the mistake will be rectified and to this day my ITC record is still the same. can i please get someone from Woolworths to update my record as soon as possible cause i have never missed a payment and i have all the proof of payments
