I am utterly disappointed with the poor customer service I was given at Checkers Hyper Roodepoort. On Friday 12th July I went to Money market and did a transfer for a friend of mine. On Saturday afternoon she told me the M number I sent her via sms was incorrect according to the teller and I ensured that I had typed it well but a finger error could have happened. Now I have looked for the slip since Saturday I cannot find it anywhere. I went back to Checkers Hyper Roodepoort explained the situation to them and was told they won't be able to assist me I must go to a police station, get an affidavit then go to the bank for proof of banking details and come back to them!!! I mean really, now when will I find time to do all of that just for a mere R130.00? This is really a major inconvenience I don't think you care about your customers if you can't even notify them of such things then when an unfortunate situation like mine arises you just give a don't care attitude and send us everywhere just to get the matter resolved. Why then do you ask for a person ID document if you can't use it to resolve such a tiny matter. I am frustrated by this and I vow never to make of this service again.
