Unable to retrieve my money

My husband went to checkers hyper in montana pretoria to deposit R500.. at money market> he theb sent a sms to the receiver later on> few days later the receiver said that Checkers said the pin number has been used> My husband then went to checkers and he was told to open a case and since then no one has been able to assist him or called him for that matter. Could someone assist in this matter, this is uncalled for.
