I was doing my grocery shopping on the 27-01-2013 at the Checkers Hyper at Westgate mall, and when I went to the till to pay, a casheir by the name of Rakgadi Maine was assisting me, so just to make conversation I asked Rakgadi what the difference between that checkers and the one next to flora clinic was, and with a very snotty attitude she said she doesnt know that checker, ffair enough I left her alone because i picked up that she had a bad attitude. There after I asked how much in total i was supposed to give her, and she told but the money I gave her was R1 or 70c short, so my partner asked out of confusion whether it was 70c or 7c and she responded with the worst tone ever that it was 70c repeatedly, so I told her that I didnt appreciate her tone with my partner and her response to that was that. SHE WAS THE RIGHT ONE AND I WAS THE WRONG ONE!! and i must consider that to be "good" customer service?? I also work with customers and quiet frankly checkers either needs to fire her or coach her because she needs it... PATHETIC SERVICE from that girl.
