After posting a complaint regarding the Defy Gemini Petit Chef, I was contacted by Defy South Africa. It was then arranged with the supplier in Namibia, and the oven was exchanged for a Defy Thermofan oven without any extra costs! And it works like an oven should - brown crusts etc!
